September 2025 Release

Our September release contains the following new features and fixes.

New Features

Storefront Signup - As an enhancement to anonymous storefront browsing, you can now allow users to sign up directly on your storefront. This can be enabled in addition to anonymous storefront access, as well as separately if you only want users to be able to browse your storefront if they are registered and signed in. This is a per-storefront setting, so you can have certain storefronts with different visibility permissions.

Simple Taxes - For simple estimated taxes, we now allow you to set a tax code globally and per storefront. This will then be displayed to the user as an “Estimated Tax” before checkout. For the best accuracy, we still recommend using either the CRM integration or Stripe integration.

Expanded Search - For supported vendors, products that are not included in the vendor provided price file, but are available to purchase on the website should be searchable in Adaptive Catalog using our new Expanded Search feature. When there are 3 results or less returned in a search, all supported vendors will be called in real time to pull any missing products into your Adaptive Catalog system. You will then be able to add these products to your storefront or workspace as normal. Currently Ingram is the only supported vendor, however we plan to bring this functionality to additional vendors in the near future.

Vendor Part Number Search - You can now search on Vendor Part Numbers with our keywords search, which should make it easier to find specific products that you have received from a quote or vendor website.

Fixes & Improvements

Ingram Micro Real Time Improvements - We have made optimizations to how we pull quantity price break data from Ingram Micro, resulting in significantly faster real time updates and the ability to pull back all price breaks at once.

Catalog Edit Fix - When editing the list of catalogs in settings, the dialog will make it more clear that you are editing an existing catalog and will no longer display an erroneous error message on save when activating a previously deactivated catalog.
