December 2025 Release
The November release of Adaptive Catalog includes many new features, including a complete upgrade of the Storefront customization, webhooks, and much more.
New Features
Storefront Settings Reorganization
As we continue to add functionality to the storefronts, we have decided to split up the settings sections of the individual storefronts. The storefront details panel now has tabs across the top to navigate various sections of the settings.

Storefront Customization Updates
You can now customize your Storefront home page even further with the following additions:
- Custom Sections - Fully customize the look and feel of the product sections including the styling, order, and adding new types of sections like specific product categories, or selected products.
- Category Search - Categories are now shown above the search bar, allowing your customers to easily access specific product categories
- Customizable Header & Footer - Add your logo, a custom menu, and details to the storefront header and footer
- Rotating Banners - Add multiple banners to your storefront home page and the store will automatically rotate between them
- Customizable Email - Customize the email sent to your customer on order completion

Storefront Questions
You can now set up multiple questions asked to your end user before checking out on Storefront. In addition, you can also have questions tied to specific bundles or products. For example, you might want to ask onboarding questions when a user purchases a "Sales Rep Bundle". All of these answers can be pushed to the email, opportunity, or custom webhooks, as well as viewed inside the Adaptive Catalog UI.
Webhooks
We have added the ability to set up webhooks for certain events in Adaptive Catalog or Storefront. We are currently rolling this out with the Storefront order placement webhooks, but based on user feedback will be adding additional webhooks. This will allow you to easily set up custom logic whenever a user places an order on Storefront, such as triggering an onboarding workflow, creating projects in your CRM, or simply lighting up a dashboard in your office. The easiest way to use this functionality is with a tool like Microsoft PowerAutomate, which can ingest the incoming information, perform whatever business processes you need, and take various actions, all with minimal to no code required on your side.
Minor Improvements & Fixes
We have standardized the look and feel of the price & availability columns in our search grid, matching the theme of our previous "Dense Vendor Columns" for all results.
The P&A Columns shown are Availability, Cost, Vendor (Ingram Micro), and Vendor Dense (Ingram Micro)
We have added some additional search settings, which can be accessed via the dropdown on the right of the search results. This will allow you to quickly change settings such as enabling the "Desired Quantity" field, toggling "Expanded Search", and now showing a selected number of facets in the search results.

You can now enable showing product facets in your search results, which will allow you to quickly distinguish products that may have similar or less descriptive names.

You can now show the Manufacturer Part Number on Storefront product pages. This is disabled by default, but can be enabled globally under Storefront Settings in Adaptive Catalog.
The part number will be shown above the price if enabled - Resolved an issue where contacts might not by synced when logging into Storefront from CloudRadial, resulting in the fallback contact beings used for opportunity creation
- Improved the cache clearing on Storefront Bundles to more quickly show changes to the underlying Adaptive Catalog workspace.
- Improvements to our data layer which should result in faster load times, especially for users with access to multiple organizations
- We have updated the new product screen to lock all fields until both Product Name and MFP have been filled out. This should reduce the incidence of users forgetting to fill out those fields and being unable to save.
v3 API Deprecation
With the release of the Adaptive Catalog v6 APIs, we have officially deprecated the v3 APIs. Please ensure you update any applications using the v3 APIs, as these will be removed in the December release
