June 2026 Release

Our June release focused on some major Storefront management features, including redesigned settings pages, dashboards & reporting, and a new optional preview & publish system for Storefronts.


Storefront Settings Redesign

We have re-organized the Storefront Settings pages into logical settings groups, such as "Ordering & Carts", "Products", and "Integrations". This will allow us to add additional customization without making new settings difficult to find. Take a look at our Storefront settings documentation for a breakdown of what each page covers.


Storefront Dashboards

You can now define custom dashboards to see all of the important statistics about your Storefronts and their performance! There are multiple widgets you can add, and customizations for each widget to see the exact data that is most important to you.


You can also quickly access your prepared carts, customer carts, and orders from this page. Each Storefront also has a dashboard, orders, and carts pages, which will be scoped to that storefront.


WYSIWYG Editor

We are trying out a new way of customizing your Storefront home page by introducing our WYSIWYG editor. You can now edit the look and feel and see exactly how it will show up in your storefront in real time, including live fetching products for sections, changing themes, and inline text editing. No more guessing which field is the header on your Storefront.


Storefront Products & Bundles List

Quickly view the products & bundles listed on your storefront on the new Storefront Products page. There you can see the resolved vendor, cost, and calculated price and margin.


Draft & Live Storefronts

A new optional feature we have added is the ability to use a Preview / Draft mode with Storefront. If enabled, any changes you make to the Storefront will be staged on a draft Storefront until you publish the store. You can preview the draft Storefront using the admin preview button, but your customers will not be able to log into the preview store. The draft Storefront will use all of the same products and bundles as the live Storefront, however pricing and vendor selection may be different until publishing.


Dynamic Product Listings Updates

We have streamlined the creation of Dynamic Product Listings and added functionality to automatically export to supported extensions. This allows you to automatically create products in 3rd party systems on a scheduled basis and keep them up to date with accurate pricing & availability.


Other Features & Bug Fixes

  • User Product Tags Bug - Resolved issue where user level tags would end up displayed with global tags on the product details panel
  • Product Tags Updates - Allowed product tags to be edited even outside of product edit mode
  • Manufacturer Update from CRM - Product updates with matching sources can now update Manufacturers for products without known manufacturers. For example, if a product imported from your PSA does not have a manufacturer in your PSA, adding one there will sync to Adaptive Catalog during the next import. Note: Once a manufacturer has been applied to the product, it will no longer update from the source.
  • Step Selection on Storefront Order Re-Processing - You can now select which steps to perform when re-processing a Storefront Order. Now if an opportunity fails to create in your CRM or a customer asks for an order email to be re-sent, you can choose to only perform those post-order steps.
  • Customer Details on Storefront Order Panel - Customer details have now been added to the Storefront Order details panel, allowing you to see the entered shipping & billing information.
  • Toast Messages on Save - Throughout the system, and expanding in future releases, you will now see toast message in the top right when saving or performing certain actions in Adaptive Catalog. This provides a consistent place to look for success / error messages.
  • Quote Request Emails - Resolved and issue where certain email tags would not be filled out properly in quote request emails to the sales rep.
  • Procurement Demands - Resolved issue where demand items were not marked as ordered after adding to a procurement order automatically.
  • UI Fixes - Resolved double scroll bar in settings
  • Copy Storefront Refresh - Resolved issue requiring a page refresh after copying a Storefornt.
