September 2026 Release
This release our focus was on getting you set up faster and keeping your integrations fresh. A new AI design assistant can build and restyle a whole Storefront from a website you already have, a new "Find Anything" bar puts every screen and setting one keystroke away, and you can now put Storefront on your own domain in minutes. Integration Health watches your connected systems and proactively warns you the moment one needs attention, and the CRM quick flow turns an opportunity into your PSA into a ready-to-send cart without leaving the workflow.
AI Storefront Designer
Point the assistant at a website and it will build a matching Storefront for you. It reads the site's pallets, fonts, layout, and banners and reproduces the header and navigation structure for a cohesive experience for your customers. It can style your Storefront's home page, product pages, and even the login page to match the rest of your store. Every generation runs as a session you can review, retry with the same settings, comment on, and preview before anything goes live. The Storefront AI designer is currently in private preview, but will be rolling out to all customers soon. Contact us to get started!

Find Anything
A new omnibox searches across everything at once: products, bundles, saved searches, and the application's own screens and settings, so a setting you visit twice a year is now a keystroke away instead of a hunt through menus. Typing builds structured criteria as you go, with attribute pills, quoted phrases, and inline tab-completion, and named boost groups let you weight what matters and dismiss them as a unit. Suggestions are drawn from what your own organization actually searches for, buys, and requests quotes on, and result rows show which attributes matched so you can see why something ranked where it did. On the search page the search box and pager now dock into the header as you scroll, so the controls stay with you down a long result list.

Self-Service Custom Domains
You can now put a Storefront on your own hostname yourself, from the Custom Domains section in settings. Add the hostname, get the exact DNS record to create at your registrar, and the platform verifies it and provisions the certificate for you, with a check-now button when you do not want to wait for the next sweep. A nightly sweep re-verifies active domains and tells you if one drifts or a certificate needs attention. Each custom domain names which Storefront it lands on, so browsing the bare hostname opens the right store with no path or redirect, and the Storefront is served entirely same-origin on your domain.
Note: Custom Domains are an Enterprise feature or paid add-on. Contact us for more info.

Integration Health
Connected systems now report their own health, so a distributor or PSA connection that has quietly stopped working surfaces immediately instead of at the next failed import. A widget on the home page rolls up the state of every connection, a nightly sweep revalidates credentials before they bite, and every row links straight into the extension panel that fixes it. Credential handling was reworked around the same idea: edits validate before they save, a connection whose credentials stop working is flagged rather than silently retried, and option values a remote system no longer offers are detected and called out. Setting up a new distributor or PSA now walks through authoring and validating the connection in one guided flow.

From CRM Opportunity to Prepared Cart
For PSA-connected organizations, an opportunity in your CRM can now become a ready-to-send prepared cart without leaving the flow. Pick the company, browse or search its opportunities, and the quick flow trues up the catalog, attaches the PSA contact, and hands back a deliverable cart. The quote link back into your PSA can be installed for you automatically, and imports kicked off this way ride a priority lane so a live customer conversation is not queued behind an overnight catalog run. Historical purchase orders now bring their freight across too, so past shipping costs are part of the record rather than missing from it.
Small Fixes & Features
- Sub-organization price files. Vendor price files can be loaded per sub-organization, so a customer with several billing entities can carry different pricing under each, with a global sub-organization switcher to move between them. Prices are cleaned up automatically when a sub-organization connection is removed.
- Getting Started checklist. New organizations land on a guided checklist that walks through connecting a distributor, building a catalog, and standing up a Storefront, with a streamlined path into AI Storefront generation.
- Bundle improvements. Bundles gain Always Available and Minimum Price settings, bundle identity now carries through to extension exports, and AI-suggested bundles can be mined, enriched, grouped and dismissed with a reason. Bundle suggestions are available per organization on request.
- Saved searches inside bundles. A bundle can now carry a saved search as a headliner, so the bundle stays current as the catalog changes. The headliner price shows as "Included", and a same-price swap made at checkout is persisted with the order.
- Bundle customization insight. Storefront now records how shoppers actually configure a bundle, which optional items they keep, the quantities they change, and the group swaps they make, so you can see how your bundles are really being bought.
- Order totals and payments. The order panel now shows a full total breakdown, tax is pulled back from Stripe rather than estimated, and shipping is charged correctly on Stripe orders.
- Storefront banner carousel now lets you set the rotation interval in seconds.
- Banner text overlay padding defaults to a sensible value instead of collapsing to zero.
- Global selector merged for Ordering and Integrations, so switching instance context works the same way in both places.
- New organizations seed a 25% default markup rather than starting at zero.
- Data grids gain a refresh button, and the Details column is now fixed in place rather than something you can accidentally hide.
- Top Brands stays multi-selectable, and the Storefront dropdown now clears together with its filter.
- Search accuracy fixes: price bounds and in-stock now have to be satisfied by the same vendor, Windows version spellings all match each other, and partial attribute values boost the whole matching family.
- Prepared carts opened against the wrong Storefront are now refused with a clear reason, and a rejected bundle explains why.
- Entitlement changes take effect immediately across the platform instead of waiting for a cache to lapse.
