October 2026 Release

This release, our focus was on the everyday work of quoting and selling. Workspaces and prepared carts got a ground-up overhaul so you can see what a product has sold before, what it costs across vendors, and what is inside a bundle without leaving the grid. Storefront Templates now work on the Storefronts you already have, not just new ones, and individual sections can carry their own look. Behind the scenes we added Pax8 real-time pricing and broader distributor import support, made webhooks and Integration Health more useful, and tightened up carts and checkout on Storefront.

Big Features

Workspace & Prepared Cart Overhaul

Building a prepared cart is now much faster. Products carry purchase stats, so an Ordered column and a new "Sold Before" search filter show what you have actually sold, and hovering the count peeks at the recent orders and CRM opportunities behind it, each one click from opening. Hovering Cost, Best Price, or Availability peeks at every vendor's cost and stock, hovering a thumbnail previews the product's images, and vendor rows can link straight to the product in its source system. The workspace grid supports drag-and-drop row reordering, column reordering and resizing that is remembered, and bulk-setting Taxable, Tax Code, or Source (lowest price or lowest in stock) for every line from the column header. Bundles live alongside your search results, with a docked bundle editor, drag-and-drop adding, cost ranges, a contents peek, and product suggestions for what belongs in the bundle. The Workspace button now remembers your last workspace and offers recent ones in a split menu.

Searching on Ordered Stats

You can now quickly find products that have been sold before, either from Storefront or your CRM (if the purchase history import is enabled). This should allow you to much more quickly find products that you frequently sell to add to a Storefront or Prepared Cart. Hovering over the order number will show the details of the most recent orders, including quantity and price.

Apply a Template to an Existing Storefront

Storefront Templates are no longer only a starting point. A new wizard applies a template to a Storefront you already run, one decision at a time, and shows you exactly what will change, with colors, fonts, and settings displayed as you would recognize them rather than raw data. You can strike any individual change out of the plan, each section gets a Recommended choice with an Advanced option to borrow any of the template's other looks, and before/after previews sit side by side. Anything the template captured that belongs to you, like navigation tiles and content, is left alone, and everything lands on the draft so nothing goes live until you publish.

Pax8 Real time Pricing and Distributor Imports

Pax8 joins the real-time pricing lineup, with volume price breaks applied to workspace lines at the right quantity and subscription term variants imported as distinct products whose names include their billing and commitment terms.

Webhooks and Integration Health

Webhooks can now send custom HTTP headers, using the same tokens available to the webhook body, and a header marked Secret is write-only so its value is never shown again after saving. Webhooks that are failing to deliver now appear as warnings on Integration Health, failed imports are described in the connected system's own words, and health is scoped per sub-organization. Saving a webhook now reports success or failure with a toast and keeps the panel open if something needs fixing.

Small fixes and Features

  • Quote request BCC - A Storefront can list extra addresses that receive a blind copy of every quote request email, so a sales manager or shared inbox sees each one without forwarding. Order confirmation BCC now accepts semicolons too.
  • Storefront cart reliability - Adding a product that is already in the cart now increases that line instead of creating a duplicate. Simultaneous cart updates no longer overwrite each other.
  • Checkout addresses - We found that when using Stripe in certain countries, a complete billing address was not required to complete checkout. We now require that all Stripe checkouts contain a full billing address.
  • Include anyway on workspace lines with no vendor in stock, so a line can stay on the quote while you source it.
  • Saved search exports can run directly for connectors that do not process exports in the background, such as ConnectWise Manage.
  • Negative tax rates are rejected when saving a tax code.
  • Resolved an issue where question editor fields would lose focus while typing
  • Empty workspaces no longer show a blank page
  • Removing one attribute pill in search no longer clears the others, and an MSRP of $0 now shows as not set.
  • Custom domains no longer report expected misses or brief network blips as errors.
