August 2025 Release Notes

This month was a big release for us here at Adaptive Catalog. The following new features and fixes were released this month:

New Features

  • Griffin IT Integration - Griffin IT is a distributor that we have been working closely with for a few months now and we are happy to GA the integration with them. They are the first distributor to support our new Configurator functionality to streamline sourcing products from Griffin IT.

  • Simple Shipping - You can now set up simple shipping calculations on your storefront. You can charge a flat fee or a per item fee for each order.

  • Storefront Guest Access - For specific storefronts you can now enable guest access so that users who are not registered in Adaptive Catalog can still browse your product offerings. You can control things like if pricing is shown to them and in our next release, we will allow you to enable signups for new customers.

  • Import Updates - We have streamlined how product imports happen from distributor files and supported CRMs, which should result in significantly faster product import times.

  • In-App Knowledgebase and Support - In the menu bar you can now quickly access our knowledgebase as well as reach out to our support team. To access the widget, click on your initials and then click Help.

  • Halo PSA Integration - We are happy to announce that our Halo PSA integration has been released. Halo is now a fully supported CRM with product import, customer import, and storefront opportunity automation.

  • Inherited Storefront Products - You can now set items to appear on all storefronts, which allows you to easily set your default products to appear on every storefront without needing to set each storefront individually.

  • Enhanced ConnectWise Validation - The ConnectWise integration will now check permissions on validation and provide a warning or error depending on missing permissions.

Minor Improvements & Fixes

  • Resolved issue where touch screen users could not open search criteria after closing it
  • Export extensions can no longer be triggered on an empty workspace
  • Table headers in various places now stick to the top of the screen when scrolling, allowing easier column identification
  • Companies and Contacts can now be disabled, removing storefront access
  • Resolved issue where inline images on bundle descriptions could overflow their container
  • Expired storefront sessions that request a new token are now sent back to the page they were originally on
  • Resolved issue where a page 11 with no products is sometimes shown in storefront search results
